We have a need for a temporary staff member to join our team in handling day to day Office Administration functions. These functions include but are not limited to;

1. Filing
2. Answering calls and taking messages
3. Setting up of meetings or appointments
4. Answering of emails
5. Preparing documents
6. Data capturing
7. General PA and Girl Friday duties

The applicant must have extensive experience in MS Office i.e. MS outlook, MS Excel and MS Word specifically.
The applicant must be bilingual as English is the core business language and the successful candidate must be able to read and write in English
Must have own Transport
Must have excellent time keeping
Must be deadline driven and be able to work under pressure.
