The ideal candidate for the position will be well organised; able to adapt, multitask and prioritise a workload effectively; with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. You should be a good communicator and having familiarity with the use of Microsoft Office would be an advantage. However, full training will be given to the successful candidate.
You will work closely with the sales team and the key responsibilities will be:
- Answering Incoming phone calls.
- Supporting the sales team.
- Processing sales orders.
- Receiving payments from customers.
- Monitoring the dispatch of products and services, ensuring an efficient service.
- Processing import & export documentation.
- Generating customer invoices.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ensuring customer records are up to date.
- After sales calls and customer support.
