Office Administrator
Do you have passion for customer service and administration? ZaPOP needs a vibrant and well-presented Office Administrator to wow our internal and external clients with their friendly attitude and great communication skills. You will be responsible for administrative support to the offices assigned to you, as well as ensuring that all office requirements are met timeously.


Key Responsibilities:

• Reception and administration duties
• Stationary and grocery management
• Maintenance of assigned offices
• Security control
• Financial duties (updating spend sheet & budget control, obtaining quotation and invoices)
• Coordination of Office Keepers, Handyman and Driver when needed
• Health and Safety awareness and management
• Attendance register & leave reconciliations

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel (basic level)
• Drivers’ license & own reliable transport
• 2 Years’ Experience within a reception/customer service/admin environment
