Branch Secretary / Office Administrator

Reports to:
Regional Manager

Job Overview:
Provide assistance to the Regional Manager

Responsibilities / duties
• Compile data and reports on excel spreadsheet.
• Manage documents in the office
• Responsible for the preparation of documentation for meetings, training and workshops.
• Minute taking at all regional meetings.
• Provide assistance with the regional training and marketing events.
• Assist with planning in the region.
• General office administration

Qualifications:
Matriculation
Secretarial experience (3 years working experience as a secretary)

Behavioural Skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Able to work under pressure
Able to work without supervision

Technical Skills
Highly Computer Literacy – MS Office , Excel and Powerpoint
Able to operate office equipment
Code 08 driver’s license
Must have own vehicle
Fast typing skills
Good telephone skills
