If you’ve got a knack for administration and truly love working with people you are the perfect candidate to become our ZaPOP brand ambassador in all dealings with internal and external clients at our Oude Westhof office.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reception and administration duties
• Stationery and grocery management
• Running and maintaining your assigned office
• Financial duties like budget control and quote approvals
• Health and safety control for the office
• Attendance register and employee leave recons
• Being our corporate culture ambassador

You must have attention to detail second to none, excellent communication skills, and always present yourself professionally. You will be doing plenty of planning and organising and will need to rise to the occasion no matter what gets thrown your way.
