This role is suited for a candidate with a diploma or certificate with at least 3 years’ experience in an finance department.
Part of the duties entails:
• Control and Maintain Asset Register
• Control and Maintain Suppliers Contracts Register
• Payment Processing
• Reconciliations of suppliers
• Reconciling of bank
• Reconciling of cashbook
• Cell phone contract management
• Vat Calculations
• Correspondence with suppliers
• Correspondence at all levels of business
Key for this role is to work independently, confidential and ability to do financial transactions.
