Our client in Somerset West requires the service of an Office Assistant for Wednesdays from 8am till 5pm and when required
Key performance areas:
? Answer customer enquiries and greet clients
? Administrative support
? Process sales orders
? Invoicing
? Petty cash controlling
? General admin duties
? Stock taking
The successful candidate must have:
? Matric with a relevant qualification
? 2 years’ experience in administration, health and slimming industry would be advantageous
? Computer literate: Quickbooks & MS Office
? Excellent written & verbal communication skills
? Accuracy and attention to detail
? Must be service orientated
? Good people skills
? Problem solving abilities
