Great opportunity exists within an established firm in Durbanville. This position will be responsible for reception, administrative duties and general office support.


Requirements:
• Grade 12 with mathematics
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years office administration experience
• Strong numerical and mathematical abilities
• Good Telephone etiquette
• MS Excel formulas
• Fully bilingual (English/Afrikaans)
• Own transport reliable transport

Some duties and responsibilities – not limited to:
• Reception duties
• Meet and greet visitors
• Switchboard duty
• Schedule meetings when necessary
• Manage and maintain staff and client databases
• Administrative tasks as allocated by managers
• Ad hoc office-related errands (e.g. catering pick-ups, mail collection)
