Job Duties:

• Assistant to Managing Director
• Assistance with general office duties
• Telephone answering
• Diary planning of different teams
• Punctuality i.t.o filing NB!!
• Quoting, Invoicing, follow up and finalizing of claims

Skills and Qualifications:
• Matric
• 3 – 5 years’ experience
• General Admin office duties
• Well spoken
• Must have own reliable transport
• Afrikaans speaking (although fully bilingual)
• Good typing speed
• Someone who is reliable i.t.o being on time and not needing to take leave or days off for simple reasons.
• Good communication skills - dealing with clients telephonically
• A Team player but also someone who can take action and not wait for things to happen.
