Job purpose and responsibilities:
1. Perform reception duties over the phone and personally in an efficient, professional and courteous way;
2. Communicate verbally and in written with clients, general public, solicitors, partners and other members of staff, always maintaining professional and friendly manner;
3. Deal with day-to-day paperwork and legal documentation;
4. Operate a variety of standard office machines, including a Claims Management software, phone, fax, franking machine and photocopy machine;
5. Provide general assistance to the office members.

The candidate must:
• have excellent spoken and written communication skills in English;
• Have attention to detail, as we deal with legal documentation;
• Have excellent customer services standard, always being friendly and highly focused to the
customer care and attention;
