Key Tasks and Responsibilities
•General Reception duties to include greeting visitors, answering the telephone and keeping the reception area tidy and presentable
•Complete management of all incoming and outgoing parcel deliveries involving liaising with couriers and completing all documentation
•Franking, sorting, opening and distribution of all internal and external mail
•Complete management of stationery stock and orders
•Placing orders and comparing most cost effective suppliers for stationery
•General office duties: photocopying, typing, filing, making drinks for visitors, running errands and other ad hoc projects
•General Monitoring of Office Presentation and Facilities: Monitoring kitchens, stock check and replenishment
