Office Coordinator (EE)
Location: Pretoria East
Offer: R 15 000 – R 20 000
Available: Immediately / ASAP
Type: Permanent Position
Our client based in Pretoria East is looking for an Office Coordinator to start working as soon as possible.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role
Minimum Qualification - Matric
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Proficient in English
Conversational Afrikaans will be advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:
Diary management
Admin support
Function and venue coordinating
Hosting and hospitality
Office management
Prepare and update spreadsheet for office meetings / schedule meetings in diary, ensure office meetings take place weekly
Coordinate local and international travel arrangements
Project coordination and administration
