Well established company is looking for an Office Administrator / HR Administrator with at least 2 years’ experience in a Professional Services Environment.

Salary: Market Related CTC (Provident fund included)

Minimum Requirements
• Matric, with Office Administration or HR Qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role in a professional environment
• Microsoft Office
• Proficient in Excel
• Quickbooks experience
• Financial Administration – Creditors and Debtors
• Reception duties – Meet and great clients
• Switchboard duties
• BEE Reporting Experience
• HR Administration Experience
• PA / Secretary duties
• Marketing – Website updates and Social Media
