Our Client, a well-established Office-interior design company, who is offering 90% of their products from locally based manufacturers, are currently looking for a fantastic position as Sales Agent in Pretoria, South Africa.
In this role you would develop long-term relationships with a broad range of clients, actively seek out and engage with customer prospects combined with reaching the companies goals.

Skills:
• Degree in Sales or equivalent
• 3-5 years working experience in Office furniture industry
• Experience in Sales Management
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Familiarity with relevant computer skills
• Ability to be creative and thinking outside the box
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to build up quick relationships to clients
• Managing time efficiently

Key responsibilities:

• Taking care of customer enquiries via phone, E-Mail etc.
• Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies
• Share information about company/product by following sales scripts
• Facilitate future sales
• Close sales and lead customer through purchasing process
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support combined with reaching companies goals
• Update customers portfolio on a regular basis
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Analyse regional market potential
• Supply management with reports including customer needs, problems, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
