Our Client in Wellington is looking for an Office Manager / Administrator with the relevant experience and qualifications.

Must organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office.
Full-time administrator will work a full 40 hours a week.

Experience:
Must have some Administrative experience which would entail:
• Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Office and Excel.
• Paperwork: Filing, able to write Business letters in Afrikaans and/or English.
• Answering phone calls both Local and International.
• Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment, etc.

Requirements:

• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Methodical and thorough approach to work.
• Organized.
• Good at juggling tasks and prioritizing.
• A team player.
• A desire to show initiative.
• Honesty, Trustworthy, Transparent, Personable, Flexibility, Enthusiasm, Efficient.
• Must Speak Afrikaans and English.
Must be willing to travel abroad from time to time for training courses.
