A marketable role is available for an Office Manager and Safety to manage the company's offices in the Pietermaritzburg area, KZN
This organization has been involved in offering electrical solutions for a number of years. With their new client in the area, the organization aims to encourage their presence closer to the client for the next couple of years.
This, therefore, requires a well groomed, independent worker that can ensure the smooth running of the office on a daily basis. The safety aspect is very important as you will be requried to conduct safety audits as your daily routine. You will be required to manage the inventory and attend to invoicing duties on an adhoc basis.
General requirements:
Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
Relevant qualification in Office Management
Relevant qualiffication as a Certified Safety Officer
Some financial background
Some inventory management background
Must have worked within a technical/engineering environment
