We require an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join the group to assist the management with the effective running of the business.
We are looking for a person who has:
At least 1 year bookkeeping / accounting experience;
Good Excel, Word, Outlook and typing skills;
Efficient time management skills;
Good communication skills;
Good attention to details.
The Role:
Office Management – running business errands, preparing required documentation and presentations; managing office supplies; other ad-hoc assignments.
Accounts – bookkeeping and accounts data entry using Pastel Partner and various internal spread sheets; processing payments; invoicing; filing; other ad-hoc assignments.
