A medical practice in Mooikloof seeks to appoint a Medical Receptionist to join their practice.
Previous medical practice experience is ESSENTIAL.
Be responsible for the full reception/front line function, day-to-day patient administration; appointment bookings, Receipting and typing of email correspondence and social media advertising, marketing and sales.
Skills required:
- Previous experience on the MEDEDI will be advantageous.
- Proficient on Microsoft Office.
- Strong command of the English and Afrikaans language (speaking, reading, writing).
- Good, accurate typing speed.
- Good organisational skills.
- Professionally presented.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all frontline functions in the Reception area.
- Booking of appointments.
- Receipting of all monies; cash and credit card
- Typing of patient quotations.
- Medical aid claims through MEDEDI
- Typing of patient correspondence.
- Purchasing of office consumables.
-Social media advertising / Marketing / Sales
- Will assist with some Medical and Aesthetic procedures
Working hours: Monday to Friday 07h00 – 16h30
Must have reliable transport and be willing to work overtime
