Duties and responsibilities

Financial Management
• providing and interpreting financial information;
• monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;
• analysing change and advising accordingly;
• researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance;
• developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk;
• conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
• managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
• liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
• developing external relationships with appropriate contacts,
• producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
• managing budgets;
• Overseeing all ongoing projects and ensuring that Project Managers stick to the budget and timeframes
• keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
• Ensuring that the company is fully compliant with the relevant statutory bodies eg; SARS
• Payroll
• Invoicing

HR Management
• Putting together HR systems and implementation thereof
• Personnel information management
• Supervision of office supporting staff

Requirements
• Grade 12 and a finance related tertiary qualification
• Minimum 2 years experience in an office manager or similar role
• Payroll experience is essential
