Office Manager – Kyalami

Educational Requirements:
Matric
Relevant qualification (office admin diploma, office management diploma or business management diploma)

Experience Requirements:
Must have at least 5 Years’ experience in the same role
Must be computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
Must have good command of the English language
Well presented
Passionate about customer service
Strong leadership skills
Self- motivated & disciplined
Own transport
Responsibilities:
Booking meeting rooms as requested and ensuring Outlook calendar is kept up to date
Ordering and Management of Daily Office deliveries
Internal Meeting arrangements and catering
Assisting all departments with admin tasks as needed to ensure smooth running of the office
Managing and maintaining a relationship with office suppliers
Setting up for Internal and external events
Ensuring meeting rooms are kept tidy and presentable throughout the day
General co-ordination of Facilities with the rest of the team
Consumables Ordering and Stock Management
Co-ordination of Office Repairs and Maintenance
Supervision of the Cleaning Staff
Adherence to the Facilities Budget and Purchase Order processes
Diary/Meeting Management
Ad hoc PA tasks as required by the Directors
Excellent communication skills
The ability to multi-task and problem solve whilst maintaining flexibility in response to changing requirements
Excellent time keeping
Ability to quickly gain an understanding of systems and processes
Strong skills in MS Office suite
Staff management with relevant HR experience
Call centre knowledge and experience
Passionate about customer service
Compiling policies & procedures where necessary
General admin

Additional information:
Salary – R25 000 – R30 000 Per month
Own Transport
Must have clear CRIM record
