Wi- Fi vouchers (When CIA is on leave / lunch)
Maintenance Building / Maintenance Equipment / Contractors / Builders / Architects / Building Plans /Generator/ Parking
Asset Management
Office Remotes / Office Keys / Safe Control
Assist Directors personally / Finance People if necessary
Skype Conferences / Conference Calling (when CIA is on lunch / leave)
Subscriptions / Renewals
Catering / Staff Entertainment / Friday Lunches / Birthdays
General Office Enquiries
