Debtors Position - Pietermaritzburg

-handle accounts queries telephonically and reply to emails
-update bank account details & debit date
-negotiate payment terms, and follow up with debit dates agreed upon
-must have customer service experience
-speak Zulu/Xhosa fluently, apart from English
