Office manager

Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Greeting visitors (including making beverages)
- Processing security procedures (we are a highly secured building)
- Maintaining office food & beverages, stationery etc.
- Assisting with light bookkeeping
- Preparing staff expenses forms
- General office assistance

Seeking:
- Fluent English speakers
- Receptionist experience preferable
- Bookkeeping experience preferable
- Microsoft Office competent
