Office Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
? Prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information, as required, and coordinate the preparation, presentation, and communication of work-related information to the Principal
? Report to the Principal periodically on team and individual work accomplishments, problems, and all HR related matters
? Handle all HR related enquiries and paperwork pertaining to warnings issued, staff attendance/leave attendance, disciplinary procedures etc
? Intercede with the Principal on behalf of the team to inform of performance management issues/problems and to recommend/request related actions, such as assignments, reassignments, promotion, and performance appraisals

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
? Matric with a relevant qualification will be advantageous
? 2-5 year working experience within a HR/administration environment
? Excellent Computer Literacy
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Able to solve problems and use initiative when it is required
? Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
? Must be accurate
