Our client requires a Team Leader for their Occupational Health and Primary Health Care Clinical Services for the Western Cape. Please see below the Purpose and Key Functions of this position:

To Manage within the Western Cape Region:
The Nurse Based Occupational Health, Incapacity and Primary Health Care Clinical service delivery at the Wellness Centres and within the Western Cape regional area
The Western Cape based team
Specified support and service programs

Key Functions within the Western Cape Region:
Implementing and maintaining policy and procedure framework
Managing the standards for service delivery
Managing the objectives and targets
Managing the Western Cape Clinical Team
Managing the regional customer and supplier relationships
Day to day management of the Western Cape wellness centre services and other specific support and service requirements
Managing and organising wellness and promotional events and providing wellness talks
Delivering Occupational Health and Primary Health Care Services

Essential Requirements for this position:
4 Year General Nursing Diploma/Degree
Certificate/Diploma in Occupational Health Nursing
Certificate in Audiometry
Certificate in Spirometry
Certificate in Dispensing
Primary Health Care Qualification
Current registration with SANC
Current registration with SASOHN
Presentation skills
Wellness Promotional Event Management skills
Stakeholder and Customer Relationship skills
Code B drivers licence
Computer literacy (Word Processing & Spreadsheet knowledge)
Travel will be required within the province of Gauteng and Nationally
Able to work independantly, under pressure and effective time management
Strong interpersonal relationships, with the ability to relate with all levels of management, staff and colleagues
A strong commitment to customer service where you'll meet and exceed the customer's needs
Ability to work with other team members to achieve outcomes

Experience required:
At least 3 years in an Occupational Health and Corporate Primary Health Care environment
2 years team management in a corporate Occupational Health and Primary Health care environment
To effectively manage managerial, administrative and functional activities, liaise with other departments, clients and external bodies
