• Grade 12
• Excellent understanding in OHS Act and its regulations (essential)
• Computer Literate
• Drivers License
• Extensive and proven experience in document control
• Experience in a safety environment
• Ability to work on tasks requiring great attention to detail
• Constructing of filing systems
• Strong information monitoring skills
• Strong people skills
• Have the ability to communicate effectively and interact at all levels
• Able to perform well under pressure
• Time management skills to meet required deadlines

Duties:
• Implement and regulate current Health and Safety Management Systems
• Day to day inspections
• Ensuring all checklists and registers are completed
• Filing of check sheets
• Reporting of defects as per check sheets and registers
• Administrative tasks
• Ad-hoc activities as required by OHS Manager
