• DRIVERS LICENCE
• 3 YEARS SALES AND MERCHADISING EXPERIENCE IN FMCG LIQUOR INDUSTRY
• 2 YEARS EXP IN OFF CONSUMPTION SALES
• 3 YEARS CHAIN STORE OR GROCER SALES
• 3 YEARS LIUOR SALES EXPERIENCE
Job purpose:
Effective and efficient execution of sales and merchandising function at outlet level thereby driving growth of the CLIENT Portfolio.
Key Inputs:
Operational Excellence:
• Order taking and processing on hand held technology.
• New product introduction, vintage change, upliftment procedure as per SOP.
• Client trade visits as per the Regional Sales Manager’s requirements and according to SOP.
• Calling in accordance with the agreed call cycle.
• Actively building relationships with customers by identifying new growth opportunities in the wine category and adding personal touches as per SOP.
Sales Target Delivery
• Understand sales strategy to deliver the target including, but not limited to:
• Personal sales target by customer and by brand and deliver the result
• How personal sales commission / incentive is calculated
• Grow and maintain the customer base in order to achieve the sales target.
• Develop a plan to close the sales gap by analysing a weekly and monthly Sales Report and submit this report as per SOP.
