The role would primarily be to ensure strategic contract headcount with one of our key accounts is managed and grown according to the highest Industry Standards and remain in line with our Company Values

 Duties

• Handle HR and IR matters
• Management of Time & Attendance system
• Maintain company database and CRM system
• Recruitment and selection of high quality candidates that are well matched to various positions
• Planning and execution of predetermined Project plan in line with the highest standards
• Report writing
• Manage employees to maximise their performance
• Build sustainable relationships with various stakeholders – Internal and External

Must have own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence

Knowledge and Skill

• Grade 12, Human Resources or Psychology qualification will be an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal command of the English language
• The ability to communicate effectively in Afrikaans. African language proficiency would be and added advantage 
• Analytical skills
• Negotiation Skills
• Ability to work independently without close supervision
• Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills
• The ability to communicate in a second or third language (pref. African and or Afrikaans) will be an advantage
• Ability to understand people, their drivers and motivators
• Presentation skills
• Strong administrative ability
• Solid knowledge of South African Labour Legislation
• IR Best Practices

 Experience

• 5 Years’ working experience
• Management or supervision of people (advantage)
• Recruitment and HR experience
