A dynamic company based in Johannesburg is looking for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic Online Account Manager.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bcom or BA qualification
• Minimum 2 years relevant online account management experience with a preference for online I-Gaming or Sports betting Account Management Experience
• Work experience in an Online I-Gaming or Online Sports betting Role
• Technology background would be advantageous
• Excellent presentation skills
• Negotiation skills
• Objections handling
• Ability to close deals
• An excellent command of the English language (verbal and written)
• Microsoft office suite skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Ability to build sound client relationships with decision makers in high profile companies.
• Ability to network with global clients from diverse cultural backgrounds

Main Responsibilities:
• Identifying business leads and convert these leads into a trading account
• Develop a strategic pipeline of business leads to assist with the future growth of the company
• Listen, converse and make business recommendations in a professional manner with potential clients
• Fully understand and be able to communicate clearly the company’s USP’s both internally and externally
• Compiling sales reports and commercial proposals
• To develop profitable business in line with individual annual and quarterly targets set
• To promote the brands/USPs of the company to target audience
• Assist the sales team with business plans and territory forecasts
• Review and provide input into contracts and other commercial documents
• Coordinate sales effort with different departments within the company: marketing, sales management, accounting, customer service and technical service
• Ability to identify market trends, to influence product development
• Assist with the planning and organisation of the Online sales strategy by maximizing the return on Time Investment for each territory and product
• Assist the technical department with corrective action, when required
