An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Online Recruiter to join our dynamic team based at our head Office in Durban. This person will be responsible for sourcing and screening suitable candidates from the various job portals and social media platforms.

This is a support role and will require the successful candidate to communicate effectively with the team of recruitment consultants.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• Recruitment experience an advantage
• Ability to meet recruitment deadlines
• Ability to structure search queries logically. Boolean search experience an advantage.
• Must be computer literate. 
• Knowledge of the various Social Media platforms. 

 Duties:

• Work closely with the recruitment team to source suitable candidates for ongoing job specifications.
• Using recruitment software and social media to advertise and manage ongoing job adverts
• Manage the incoming CV applications
• Assist the team by screening candidates for suitability
• Establish & maintain online client and candidate relationships
• Build and maintain the talent database
