Maxxor seeks a passionate Online Sales and Service Consultant to support and grow Onsight application.

Role and Responsibilities
• Perform online enterprise software sales and application support via telephone calls, emails, video conferencing and live chats
• Generate new enterprise sales for a suite of SaaS mobile applications
• Communicate all product related queries and work collaboratively with the support teams to address any issues that may arise.
• Be involved in ad-hoc projects
• Identify and address quality issues as soon as they arise
• Identifying clients needs and cross-sell additional services
• Build durable client relationships with decision makers
• Do sales presentations, product training and product demo’s
• Meet and exceed sales and service business target objectives
• Retain and grow clients through providing an excellent client service experience
• Assist with data uploading for new and existing customers
• Responsible for maintaining any and all product support tools
• Test new versions of applications on various mobile devices and desktop PC’s
• Stay current on all product releases and training for ever-growing product
• Willing to work in a shift environment
• Work from home during alternating evening and weekend shifts (broadband connectivity and equipment will be provided to you by the company) based on operational needs

Minimum Requirements
• Have Matric and applicable qualifications within Business Management, Accounting, Bookkeeping
• Have at least 5 years of experience in client services or sales or bookkeeping or accounting
• Basic understanding of accounting principles would be seen as an advantage
• Be confident and competent using all types of mobile devices
• Be computer-literate and tech savvy
• Have an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office tools as well as Google products and services
• Have an excellent understanding of business processes and principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while providing quality results
• Understanding of business systems and project management will be seen as an advantage
• Be self-motivated when it comes to completing tasks and handovers to the shift team/s
• Speaking a foreign language will be seen as an advantage
• Be comfortable and confident with business presentations and demos
• Previous experience with CRM systems will be seen as an advantage.
