Overseeing all aspects of warehousing and distribution,
? drivers and office staff warehouse packing and cleaning,
? daily OPS Meetings with signed attendance register to be completed and filed daily,
? Supervise Loading/Offloading process of Local/Country Core vehicles,
? Planning routes and destinations for deliveries to take place.
? Attend to customer queries and resolve dispatch bank queries,
? Assist with fleet maintenance , vehicle trip check sheets, update service boards, Tyre
surveys,
? Overseeing driver debriefing, and reporting of related issues,
? Liaising with the Free State licensing dept. As required by fuel and licensing dept. In
PMB,
? Overseeing scala and Accellos functions/updates and general day to day admin,
? Follow up on outstanding queries, complete KPI's and assist with Admin functions,
? hr., wages, health and safety monitoring g/workers
? Adhoc duties as required,
