General computer literate to at least intermediate level (MS Office) 4. Relevant qualification (Desirable) Taking responsibility for all relevant stock, logistics & procurement administration such as tracking of order & deliveries, document control, filing, requesting quotations, delivery notes, estimated delivery dates, liaising with relevant colleagues regarding deliveries, invoice administration and maintaining the relevant electronic & hard-copy documentation & tracking system. Packing Room Administration: Packhouse Order Processing - receipt / drawing of all orders for all clients, and checking, timeous request and check WW Price & Pack weekly, verify ALL orders received & check orders(nrs, static, prices) on EFL Portal, Query incorrect prices Packaging Administration, ensure the timeous capturing of CHEP information on website Support Handling Manager to ensure the checking and capturing of packaging movements and documentation, Completion of weekly packaging stocktake and checking thereof & refer to manager Correct and timeous reconciliation of UPN Equipment, Trunking, UPN Invoices check against EFL Portal booking confirmation vs actual delivered, Follow up on UPN Credit Notes Verify delivery notes before packing, Checking of calculation General Office Administration, To ensure that general office administration tasks are carried out, To ensure the daily filing of all documentation is done accurately and timeously, Mail – opening and distribution
