Job Description
The role consists of design, development, implementation and facilitation of training, learning and development interventions. To facilitate the delivery of campaign specific product training and interventions as and when required by the business and its clients.

Job Duties:

Resource Planning – Access Tags, Locker keys, Head sets, etc.
Populate training registers for any training intervention
Send out invitations to relevant stakeholders participating in the Induction process of new starters
Activate all IT request (i.e. Logins, systems, etc.)
Request stationary and venue for training groups
Printing of training material on an ad hoc basis
Maintain regular training reporting from daily to weekly and monthly
Responsible for handover process of training documents, from training to Human Resources as well as training to operations
Successful implementation of operational training programs. 95% of trainees successfully complete their training programs
Meticulous maintenance of training records to show compliance and evaluation has been achieved
New training design signed off at outline and completion stages before delivery
All training materials to be designed to company standards
Keep accurate records of Mentoring/Coaching/Support and evaluation of Trainees or trainers being supported/developed
Maintain an accurate training database
Take ownership for own performance actively seeking opportunities to improve and deliver
Assist in the design, implementation and delivery of training interventions/solutions

Candidate Requirements

Experience:

2+ years of hands-on trainer/facilitation a must
Significant experience in the design and delivery of Operational Training
Knowledge of learning methodologies and programs
Training program design, facilitation and training individuals and groups
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English

Self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude towards work
Excellent interpersonal and team skills with the ability to work under pressure at all levels of the organization
Strong I.T. skills (Microsoft suite)
Able to design and deliver exciting and innovative training programs/solutions
Solid understanding ofhow operationaltraining can influence achievement ofbusiness objectives
Strong motivational and influencing skills to develop people’s attitudes and skills
Ability to respond positively to change demonstrating flexibility in shifting priorities
Work independently as well as in a team environment
Self-management of own work, prioritizing and organisation of day to day tasks to meet operational requirements
