Operational Marketing Manager: Business to Business
Location: East Rand
Package: R30 000 gross plus benefits
Purpose: Deploy products and services offer in line with marketing plan and guidelines.
MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing operational plans:
• In charge of planning commercial operations (promotions, trade etc)
• In charge of planning and defining communication plan (event, ATL and BTL) under the responsibility of the Marketing Manager.
• Coordinate the implementation of the commercial operations plan
• Ensure the implementation of the communication plan with the assistance of the Communication manager regarding the use of the brand.
• In charge of launching new offers
Follow H/O planning to launch Product & Service offer and manage its implementation.
Consumer Touch points
• According to brand positioning, implement the touch point strategy with the help of materials provided by the H/O (operational marketing packages including Internet) or by the communication platform (PR, events...)
• Organize materials’ translation / customization while ensuring that they fit with local needs and local legal legislation (brochure, leaflets…)
• Propose and implement sales force tools to be used with end users (fuel consumption simulation tools…)
• Deploy local action plans supporting the H/O prescription and internet strategy.
• Measure the efficiency of actions carried out locally (feedback report)
Pricing
• In charge to create price lists
• Propose to Marketing Manager changes, improvement and updates to the price positioning.

PREREQUISITES
• Tertiary education Degree in Marketing
• Minimum 2 years sales representative in industrial product line
• Marketing experience
