Our Client, a leader in the Recruitment Industry, is now hiring candidates in the Woodstock area for the position of an Operations Analyst.

As an Operations Analyst you are expected to analyse and improve on consultant, team and branch performance in terms of the quality of consultants, quality of consultant’s activity, volume of consultant’s activity, quality of candidates, quality of companies, consultant organisation, consultant communication, client relationship building, offer negotiation and competition.

Key tasks you will be focusing on:

• Marketing Analysis
• Understanding and expanding knowledge of a specific industry
• Liaise with consultants and branch managers alike
• Finding new and improved methods to improve organisational processes

Requirements include:
• Completed Degree or Diploma from a reputable University
• Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
• Computer Literate
• Own Transportation
