To source and develop new business sites, maintain and grow existing sites.
To ensure systems and controls is efficient and effectively managed within the company's environment
Manage, Inspire and Coach the branch supervisor and staff by providing leadership, enabling them to successfully manage the site and grow the business
Conducting regular site visits and engaging with staff to understand operational needs and challenges and performing compliance tests
Securing employee commitment to attain goals as determined
Ensuring members of the team meet their obligations and if necessary changing goals, obligations or team members.
Calling team members to account if they fail to meet their commitments (discipline and other consequence management)
Giving feedback and appraising individual performance
Agreeing employees training and development needs and ensuring these are acted upon
Performing site compliance and ensuring staff adhere to compliance requirements
To ensure that business and rollout plans are actioned and implemented.
Source new business sites to increase profitability and volume growth as per the business plan
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing Site partners and managers by doing regular visits to exiting sites and discussing business development and strategy to ensure that sites are aligned to the strategy and business plans for the company
Take responsibility for own performance, goals and personal growth
Take accountability to ensure gaming rules are embedded and applied at all times at branches
Gather information for budgeting purposes, compile, manage and control the site budget by checking and monitoring expenses in order to ensure cost effective delivery within the approved budget
Qualifications and Experience

· Grade 12

· 3-5 Years’ Betting industry experience

· 2-3 Years’ Sales experience

· 2-3 Years’ People management
