Operations Assistant
We have an opportunity for a well presented, hand on individual to work for a leading Hotel Group as an Operations Assistant.
You will need to be able to manage a busy switchboard as well as see suppliers and relieve reception as and when needed.
Requirements:
• Grade 12
• 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in a 5 star environment – advantageous
• Computer literate
• Excellent communications skills and telephone etiquette
• Must be flexible with a good sense of urgency
• Good organisational, multi-tasking and administration skills
