Looking for an Operations Assistant to provide administrative assistance and support to the Operations Managers.
The role assists Operations Managers with their crew documentation, deployment & training and itinerary management.
The Operations Assistant is also responsible for monitoring the trip accounts.

Experience required:
Experience working as an Administrative Assistant, Travel Consultant or Tour Leader
An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
An understanding of basic accounting processes
Travel experience in Southern Africa and a passion for the region an added advantage
