Requirements
Matric plus 2-3 years experience as an Operations Coordinator
Steel industry experience essential
Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel

Duties
Tracking applicable level of operational concerns
Ensuring all target delivery dates are updated and accurate
Updating CRM system
Check and approve handovers from sales
Check and approve product builders
Track gate drawings and progress
Draft job cards and submit for approval
Compile management credits
Updated CRM with delivery notes
Confirm addresses and maps for deliveries
