5 star International and South African experience essential in this Senior Executive position.
Minimum of ten-years proven track record in an exemplary, World class chef’s capacity, including solid kitchen financial management experience, strategic kitchens and catering planning, and vast volumes of meals/covers & banqueting experience. Also very large staff complement, including team of Executive Head Chefs and Executive Sous Chefs.
Cuisine is very eclectic, ranging from Seafood Restaurants to traditional Country-Native Cuisines and 5-star Fine Dining, consisting of A La Carte, Buffets, and various International Culinary Styles.
Package negotiable around R178,000 CTC per month inclusive of housing and company benefits.
