Position: Operations/Factory Manager
Package: Market Related (Including med aid, provident fund and performance bonus)
Area: Ceres (Western Cape)

Main Purpose: Co-ordinates the activities of various departments of e.g production, engineering, quality control and stores at the factory in order to meet the profit and quality standards required. Ensures the efficient use of manpower, equipment and materials.

Qualifications: Appropriate tertiary qualification

Experience: Specific experience within a FMCG processing plant is essential. Previous experience in the beverage industry or tetra packaging will be an advantage. 6 to 8 years relevant experience at a managerial level within a FMCG environment.
