Operations Finance Plant Controller R 45 k ctc
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Finance/ Accounting roles preferably in multinational Manufacturing company, A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Honours advantageous), Experienced in working with standard accounting packages & MS Advanced Excel/Word, Great administration skills and meticulous in attention to detail, Excellent numeracy skills with good analytical and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities include but not limited to
Compiles and maintains annual budgets and regular forecasts, Presents budgets and forecasts to local and regional teams, Drives the planning and budgeting process: as a member of the Leadership Team, the controller will be the driving force behind the budgeting process, Managing risks: identifies, analyzes, monitors and coordinates (potential) business risks from a financial point of view and highlights them, Preparation of monthly / quarterly / year-end financial and management reports, Provides monthly analysis on variances to budget, Financial accounting: Ensures data accuracy and that expenses are appropriately booked, Improves processes and imports/exports best practices , Staff supervision, Proactively implements ways to develop manufacturing understanding linked to key financial indicators
