Senior Executive position, reporting to the Regional Executive General Manager.
Minimum of a ten-year proven track record in an exemplary, 5-star International and South African environment is absolutely essential, with world class F&B management experience, including solid F&B financial management acumen, strategic F&B planning, and management of vast volumes of F&B production, with a very large staff complement, including a team of F&B Managers.
Package negotiable around R 178,000 CTC per month, including housing and company benefits.
