Our client within the FMCG / Food environment is seeking to employ an “Ops / Logistics Supervisor / Manager”

The ideal candidate must a have a proven record of strong people management skills and experience. The ability to deal with staff at all levels / someone who is also confident to deal with direct public while managing daily outputs in different departments in a very pressurized environment.

Qualifications required:
Matric
Production / Operations / Supply Chain / Business Management (Higher Diploma)
Min 5 Years’ experience within Supply Chain, FMCG / Food industry + 5 years proven managerial experience leading a team to achieve
Warehouse experience “Receiving / distribution / Stock / Logistics side / delivery planning etc
Good communication skills
Someone who is organized and action orientated
Willing to work long hours
Food safety background advantageous
Working closely with the sales team, to ensure effective stock rotation
Strong ability to multitask
