Hotel Management Diploma required.

3 years Operations Management in 4 - 5 * Game Lodges or Boutique Hotels required.

Strong & effective communication skills on all levels.

Strong financial skills in regard of budgets, food and beverage costs.

Must have excellent Industrial Relations skills in all aspects of staff discipline.

Familiar with “Apex and Plus Point” point of sale system or similar.

Management of all Lodge operations.

Must have valid driver’s license and own transport.

Proven track record.

Salary up to R 20 000 with single accommodation and company benefits.
