KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPA’s)

Manage bottling and packaging processes
Adhere to strategic processes, policies and procedures of the department
Manage Food and Safety policies as well as ISO,HACCP, BRC ,IPW etc.
Ensure governance/audit/risk standards compliance
Maintain cost centre budgets
Maintain Capex & Extra-ordinary budgets
Ensure weekly production reports are completed
Identify deviations
Liaise with Team leaders and QC Manager
Monitor quality
Identify prospective suppliers
Ensure continuous improvement of production efficiencies
Effective scheduling of production lines
