Operations Manager / Business Development Manager - Cape Town

Our client is a Payment Solutions Provider (PSP) and is currently looking for an Operations Manager / Business Development Manager in Cape Town.

Minimum Requirements:

Senior Certificate with a management qualification – ADVANTAGOUES
3-5 Years’ experience working in the Payment solutions provider industry and or Customer service Management
Knowledge with different e-commerce products
Experienced in Market trends, relationship development, maintenance of key accounts and project management within these environment
Excellent Operational Management Skills and Excellent Presentation Skills / Excellent Financial Abilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Operations Management – Manage day to day operations, creating and maintaining all operational procedures and documents, setting up of all new clients
Managing of appropriate departments, including Customer Services, Technical Support, Integrations and Sales Department
Vetting of new clients for approval or declines (FICA, credit checks)
Manages and resolving all customers queries and complaints – accurate and professionally
Building and Maintaining new and existing client relationships
Resolving Disputes and ensuring clients comply to Banking regulations
Help define sales predictions, define targets, and track progress.
Assist sales person with sales and manage accounts of sales made
Run Monthly reports on accounts, sales, commissions, business and risk analyst on all clients
Interacts with Commercial Management – Assist with marketing process to grow business, identifies and understands changes in key clients’ needs.
Interact with Sales and Business Development department on Client relationship Management
Interact with Companies legal entity with regards to proper contract management, serves as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters and dealing with terms and conditions thereof.
Risk Management – Monitors and maintains companies risk profile.
Interacts with product development department – lead defines and develop strategic activities for new and existing product development.
Handle all aspects of training (generate training procedures/strategies and training Manuals)
