My client, a company in Umhlanga is seeking an Operations Manager/Business Partner with retail management experience.

Minimum requirements and experience:

Matric
5 Years Retail Management
Recruitment (have experience in hiring staff)
Staff Training experience
Maintenance and Project Management experience is essential
Stock Control experience (for Cafe)
Must have experience in Retail
Own transport - advantageous
Fluent in Afrikaans and English, knowledge of French an advantage
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

Start date: February 2018

Salary: R25k - R30k
