Duties:

Adapting technology to provide practical workable solutions.
Strategic involvement in assessing the business that operates in a constantly changing environment.
To effectively communicate via, email, verbal, telephonic and facilitating at meetings

Supply chain negotiations experience
Day to day operational business management
Staff management including a working knowledge of IR.
Responsible for the on-going oversight of training and development of all staff
Managing and review site and management performance.
Build and maintain professional client partnerships through structured engagements
Regular meetings with on site management teams
Conduct weekly meetings with the heads of department
Liaise and negotiate at all levels
Control of direct expenses and budget management
Investigate debtor's queries with clients.
Oversee the upkeep of equipment on site and stock management
Maintain a high standard of performance and image of the Company
Ensure standard of work of employees at contracts is of the highest standard as per the contract specification
Promote the Company's full range of non-recurring business
Managing the health and safety on site

Requirements:

Essential - Minimum 2-3 years multiple site operations management experience in food corporate catering or restaurant environment.
Proven track record in staff management and leadership
Proficient on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and capacity to use electronic technology
Valid SA Drivers License
Labour relations knowledge and working understanding
Hygiene programs knowledge and effective implementation.
Budgetary knowledge and experience
Good numeric and administrative skills
Ability to lead, plan, organise and delegate
Self- starter
Occupational Health & Safety knowledge and business compliance.
Even temperament.
Excellent communications skills.
